TideSip, based in San Diego, California ("we," "us," "our"), operates this online store. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit the site or buy from us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: name, email, phone number, billing and shipping addresses (including a recipient's address if you ship to someone else), order details, and anything you include when you email us.
- Payment information: handled directly by our payment processors. We do not see or store your full card number.
- Information collected automatically: device and browser type, IP address, approximate location, pages viewed, and how you interact with the site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use your information
- To process, ship, and deliver orders, and to send order confirmations and tracking updates
- To handle returns, refunds, and customer support
- To send marketing emails if you've opted in (see below)
- To run, secure, and improve the site, and to prevent fraud
- To measure and improve our advertising
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the store, and only as needed for that purpose:
- Shopify hosts our store and processes order data. See Shopify's Privacy Policy.
- Payment processors such as Shopify Payments and PayPal process your payment under their own privacy policies.
- Klaviyo sends our emails, including order-related and marketing emails. See Klaviyo's Privacy Notice.
- Fulfillment partners and shipping carriers receive the name, address, and order details needed to deliver your order.
- Advertising and analytics partners (for example, Meta through Shopify's Facebook & Instagram channel) may receive information about site activity to measure and show ads.
- Legal reasons: when required by law, or to protect our rights, our customers, or others.
We do not sell your personal information for money.
Email marketing and how to opt out
If you sign up for our emails or opt in at checkout, we'll send occasional emails about products, tips, and offers through Klaviyo. You can unsubscribe at any time with the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email, or by emailing tyler@leadwaveflow.com. You'll still get transactional emails about your orders, such as confirmations and tracking.
Cookies
We and our partners use cookies to keep your cart working, remember preferences, understand how the site is used, and measure advertising. You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block some cookies, parts of the site may not work properly.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including California under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect and how we use and share it
- Access or get a copy of your personal information
- Correct inaccurate information

Data retention and security
We keep order information as long as we need it for the purposes above, including legal, tax, and accounting requirements. We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
This site isn't directed to children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
